Sports Massage &
Myofascial Treatment
Qualified in VTCT Level 3 and 4 Sports Massage Therapy.
At each appointment a body assessment will be taken to find where any issues or muscular imbalances may be. A sports massage isn't just for sports injuries. A sports massage is a deep, soft tissue massage to help reach tight, sore muscles.
I will also be able to help with any injuries you might have.
The Myofascial Massage is a relaxing massage technique used to release the fascia/the connective tissue, this is done with the aid of fascial cups, it's a slow, yet firm, effective relaxing technique that I incorporate into the massage. Releasing the fascia will then help release the deeper tight muscles.
Relaxing Massage.
If a sports massage isn't for you and you might prefer a softer touch and a more relaxing approach then I can also offer a relaxation massage.
This can be tailored to suit your needs.
If you suffer from headaches with neck and back tension from a busy work/office based job then I can adapt a massage to suit with a relaxing back massage including a neck, back and scalp massage.
Lets not forget the arms, hands and feet which are lovely to have massaged and often neglected.
A facial massage is amazing for tension and sinus issues, the choice is yours!
With all Champneys beauty therapy training I can give you your unique special relaxing massage that makes you leave the treatment room on cloud 9!

Office and Workplace Visits
Let me come to you with my seated massage chair.
If there’s a group of you in a work place I can come to you and off a 20minute seated, fully clothed massage for all the staff.
The benefits of this is it’s just 20minutes out of each of your work days and you didn’t need to go anywhere!
The massage is great for releasing those tight upper back, neck and arm muscles from where you’ve sat at a desk for hours.
When the upper traps become tight this can result in pin and needles down the arm, headaches, lack of movement in the neck.
A 20 minute massage can increase blood flow to these areas, relax the tense muscle, reduce stress which will help with concentration and boost any low mood.
So why not treat yourself at work and have a happier, healthier work place, a small massage each month will really help.
