About Sandra Stenson

Hi, I'm Sandra.  Ever since I was a little girl I wanted to be a hairdresser and beauty therapist.

My apprenticeship was taken at Clipso in Hemel Hempstead where I completed NVQ L2 in Hairdressing and participated in hair colour shows in London.  I then went on to work in Trio in Berkhamstead and Scruples in Wendover.

In the meantime, I also attended​ a college course at Champneys where I achieved a Cibtac diploma.

I have also worked at Hartwell House in the beauty spa and from here I attended Oxford Sports University where I completed my Swedish body massage.

I then had my adorable children and from then have set up my own successful business.  I have had a little salon set up at home, I can offer a personalised service for all my clients and work around family life.

In 2020 I wanted to further my career and completed VTCT Level 3 and 4 at Sports Therapy UK in Sports Therapy Massage.  I find the human body fascinating and love to be able to help someone in discomfort or pain and generally make someone feel better.

With my Sports Massage business now growing I intend to further my skills  and knowledge in this field.

When I'm not working I love nothing more than spending time with my family and my many animals!  I love to be outside walking my dogs. I also enjoy horse riding, spinning and anything active.
